Safe Reception

In order to allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay in compliance with the rules dictated by ministerial decrees, our facility has adopted protocols aimed at ensuring that comfort and quality services are always offered in complete safety.

Strict hygiene and sanitation measures in every environment
Hygiene and sanitation protocols have been intensified in each area to ensure the protection of our guests. WHO guidelines have been promptly followed, partly extended and translated into rigorous behaviour.
Safety devices and useful precautions for guests
For the full implementation of a safe stay, mutual collaboration is essential. Every guest will be required to abide by simple rules of conduct. Signs and the safety devices will be made available in the hotel where appropriate. Guests are requested to always wear a mask in the communal indoor areas and in any case the required distance between people to be kept will be at least one metre.
Staff safety procedures
The hotel staff is the heart of our service; their safety and security are essential. Precise provisions concern their access to the workplace, the use of safety devices and compliance with careful procedures in the performance of the various tasks.
Technologies for interacting with staff keeping the required distances
Technology makes it possible to ease guest interaction with the reception in many functions, allowing a pleasant relationship despite social distancing, online check-in and chat conversation with the reception.
Breakfast, Restaurant and Bar Service
- Breakfast: fully screened buffet to display the products that will be served directly by the Staff or alternatively it will be possible to request the Room Service.
- Restaurant: with table service and digital consultation menu.
- Bar: with counter or table service respecting interpersonal distances.
Wellness Centre and Outdoor Swimming Pool
In compliance with the rules dictated by ministerial decrees, access to the area will be restricted and controlled.  Access to the Wellness centre must be booked in advance and customers will be required to respect the time limit allowed for staying inside. The facility has provided for regular water quality control operations and disinfections upon change of shift. Interpersonal distance to be respected will be at least 2 metres between people not belonging to the same family unit and non-cohabitants. The use of the cap will be mandatory. Access to the outdoor pool will be controlled and must be booked in advance. Due to the current social distancing rules customers are required to keep a distance of at least 1.00 metres between people, at least 1.50 metres between sunbeds and 3.50 metres between breach umbrellas. The use of the cap will be mandatory.
Massage Centre
In compliance with the rules dictated by ministerial decrees, access to the area will be restricted and controlled. The service must be booked in advance. Access to the area will be allowed only if you wear a mask.
Fitness, Tennis Court, Billiards
In compliance with the rules dictated by ministerial decrees, access to the area will be limited and controlled. The service must be booked in advance.
Car Parking
Our facility has a private car park. Customers will be shown the specific parking area upon arrival.
